  • 2023 Venue Rates range from $7,500 to $20,000 with our most popular option around $10,000.

  • Yes! You deserve the freedom to bring your favorite vendors to work your wedding or event and we love meeting new vendors that we get to recommend to others! Don't have any vendors in mind? No stress! Our professional, handpicked vendor list is full of quality vendors. We require all vendors to have a business license and insurance on file with our team at least 60 days prior to your event.

  • -10hr Venue Rental

    -Tables and Chairs for 225 Guests (225 White Folding + 225 Chiavari)

    -Patio Heaters*, Belly Bar Tables and Bar Top Tables with Stools (*propane is charged based on use)

    -Horse Trailer Retrofit Bar

    -Catering Kitchen

    -Estancia Ranch House + L&O Casita for Day of Suites

    -Onsite Parking for 120 cars

    -Parking Attendant and Security for up to 200 guests

  • Yes, we have space for you and your overnight guests! When you rent our venue, you have access to the whole house as well as the Casita for booking the Destination Package and of course, couples can book the Master Suite for their wedding night if desired.

    The Destination Package, priced at $20,000, includes everything that comes with the standard rental fee, plus the following:

    -Overnight accommodations for up to 20 guests in the following rooms

    -Honeymoon Suite: King with ensuite bathroom

    -Casita: two Queens with ensuite bathrooms

    -Jack & Jill Suites: 3 Queens with bathroom

    -RV partial hookups for up to six trailers

  • Yes! As the host of your own event at Lavender and Olive, you may provide your own alcohol or go through one of our vendors who provide alcohol and service. Regardless of who provides the alcohol, any alcoholic beverage service must be attended and served by a licensed and insured bartending company and business license (proof of license and and insurance must be provided 60 days in advance of your event).

  • The beauty of a blank canvas venue (like Lavender and Olive!) is that you can truly have a wedding that fits almost any budget. Once you pay the venue fee, you can use a variety of vendors for your other needs and spend money where you like and on what is important to you! With that said, couples usually spend between $12,000 and $40,000 depending on guest count, wedding coordinator, who they choose for catering, and other vendors like DJ, Florals, and photography and videography.

  • Yes! Our venue team is there to support you and the property from all things venue related! We require (at the minimum) a day-of wedding planner or coordinator, but have seen our couples best served by a more thorough wedding planning or coordinating package. If you don’t have a planner in mind, we have many referrals we are happy to provide! We do require this to be a person who will not also be a guest at the wedding and will be dedicated to supporting you and your wedding party throughout the entire duration of the event.
